Greek Village Salad 

3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 green bell pepper, stem removed, cut into thin rings
1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh oregano, finely chopped
Feta cheese
Olive oil (extra-virgin)
Red wine vinegar

Place the tomato, cucumber, onion, bell pepper and olives in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Add some crumbled feta cheese. Pour olive oil over the salad. Add a few dashes of vinegar if you wish.
