Salmon with Sesame Butter

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce

4 salmon steaks (or use fillets)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Sesame Butter (recipe follows), chilled

8 Tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 stick (room temp)
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chives or scallions, minced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Combine lime juice, oil and soy sauce and marinade salmon for 1 hour, no longer.
In the meantime, toast sesame seeds and celery seeds.
Prepare the sesame butter using the cooled sesame seeds. Chill until firm but NOT cold.
Broil the salmon steaks/fillets approximately 5 minutes per side.
Serve hot with a couple of dollops of the sesame butter. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame and celery seeds.
